At BU HOME, we carefully prepare and package each order before it is dispatched.
Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully received. Handmade or specially prepared items may require additional processing time, and we will advise you where applicable.

Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout using our selected delivery service.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the courier service and circumstances outside of BU HOME’s control.
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive delivery or tracking information where available.

Shipping charges are calculated according to the applicable delivery options and will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
